Static compaction – maximum container capacity

In static compactors, the press unit and the container are installed as separate units. Only the container is picked up for emptying. Container capacity is approx. 50% larger compared to a mobile compactor solution.

Our two small models, RHD & SAN, are suitable for large amounts of waste, but their compact design means that they require very little space. Loading options can be adjusted to individual needs.

Feed your compactor through a chute

Make your work more efficient by loading waste through a chute that feeds from the inside of the building to the outside compactor.

Empty your bins directly into your compactor

Integrate an automatic tipping system for fast and secure bin emptying. Due to the special design, bins and waste containers with different dimensions can be tipped easily.

Make your container easy to pick up and return

Add guiding rails in the floor for easy and repeated placing of your container to your compactor and press unit. They help the container slide into place.

Pre-compaction plates increase density inside your container

Two-step compaction. The plate pre-compacts the material before it enters the compactor. This removes air pockets from the material for a denser compaction.
